THIS MONTH,
We've chosen Jim Thorpe,
Pennsylvania as our focus. March is the month of Saint Patrick's Day
and we
felt that while many cities and towns can boast a
rich Irish heritage, none reflects more perfectly the total Irish story

more about the acclaimed, annual, St Patrick's Day Parade which happens
every year in Jim Thorpe.

David visits MOLLY MAGUIRES PUB which
is the unofficial Irish headquaters of Jim Thorpe, PA. A glass is
raised to The Molly Maguires; a group of Irish coal miners and their
quest for justice in the 19th century.

David, Chris, their wives and a posse of friends partake of perhaps the
finest St Patrick's Day parade in the U.S.A. . . . at least the most
fun!

and other events that took place in the Carbon County Jail located in
Jim Thorpe which was then called Mauch Chunk.
